Due to the impending Snow Storm this weekend, please remember that the snow plows need room to operate.https://imgur.com/XZF6Rwt Absolute Landscaping (our snow removal service) has asked if could keep cars clear from the areas marked with red in the attached image. This will allow them to push snow up and over the curb line if no cars are in the way. They will also try to push snow in the direction of and over the curb at the inner walkway. UPDATES! September 3, 2020

The Pavilion should be moving forward. The survey was done earlier this week. Once the County approves the permit work will begin. TRASH! - Monday is a Holiday, trash will run on Wednesday September 9th! Absolute will be out next week beginning around September 8th (weather dependent) to begin clearing and trimming back the reforestation areas. They will be using heavy equipment to trim back the areas around Willow Bottom and Magnolia Blossom. Behind Cypress Forest they will be using heavy trimmers etc due to the sticker bush infestations. Free Bulk Trash Pickup - June 6th June 2, 2020

The Board would like to announce that, after working closely with the Town, we have been able to be included in Saturday's Free Bulk Trash Pickup!Time & Date: Saturday June 6th, 2020Notes: Place unwanted items at the curbside Friday night.   Place all items where you'd normally place your trash cans, DO NOT place anything in your trash can, or place your cans on the curb. Small items must be boxed or bagged.  Do not put loose trash at the curb.   No more than 2 mattresses or boxsprings per address.  Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: car parts, paint, chemicals, rocks, dirt, rubble,… Read More

Playground Closed April 9, 2020

The Playground will be closed until the Town of Sykesville lifts thier closure on playgrounds as well. Please understand that the virus can live on smooth surfaces, like plastic, for up to three days. (JHU Article Click Read More for Link) We closed the playground out of recomemdation by the Town. The board takes this situation seriously and understands that closing things like the playgound makes life more difficult with young ones. Read More
